Significant scientific achievements
- discovered and enounced four general principles of nature:
- principle of
reluctance (1983)
- principle of critical energy (1984)
Over 20 papers
published about the numerous applications of this principles,
included in the volume Energonica (1997). This principle introduces
the concept of specific energy related to the critical
state of the matter, recently proposed to be called Jinescu criterion
(see Revista de Chimie/Revue of Chemistry, 50, no. 7, 1999, p. 473-479 and
the English Edition no. 1, 2000, p. 13-19). Also, the Principle and its
applications were presented through the conferences delivered in 1994
at Clemson University and Duke University, USA, as well as in a
paper presented at the Polymer Processing Society International Conference,
at Sorento, Italy (May 1996)
- principle of energy accessibility (1997)
- principle of irreversibility (1999)
For the principle of irreversibility was awarded the Prize of Revista de Chimie
in
1999
- Discovered and enounced the following general laws:
- laws of critical state of the matter (1997)
- laws of transient
regimes (1997)
- law of coexistence and complementarity of order and disorder (2001)
- law of processes and
phenomena equivalence (2001).
The principles and laws enounced have applications in engineering sciences, in physics, physiology, biology
etc
- Significant engineering achievements
Research contracts for industrial applications: 65
As project coordinator, elaborated the execution projects for:
- installation for
polyethylene blown films extrusion
- vacuum molding installation
- laboratory extruder
- capillary rheometer
etc
