  • 1991-1996 - Director of Galati County Telecommunications Directorate. Coordinator of the telephony project for Galati County (now over 90% phone coverage for the whole Galati county, one of the highest percentage of the country)

  • Member of PDSR Central Executive Bureau
  • First Vice President of PDSR Galati County Organization, president of Galati Municipal PDSR Organization.
