  • 1979-1983 - system engineer at the Institute of Computing Technique, Bucharest
  • 1983-1993 - assistant, Industrial Organization and Management Chair, Polytechnic Institute, Bucharest
  • 1993-1997 - lecturer, Industrial Organization and Management Chair, Polytechnic University, Bucharest
  • since 1997 - assistant professor, Industrial Management Chair, Polytechnic University, Bucharest
  • Academic Managerial Training in Germany at Mercedes Benz, Nestle, Wella, Hoechst, Frankfurter Algemeine Zeitung, Deutsche Bahn, as well as to 6 main German publishing houses.
  • December 29, 2000 - 2002 - secretary of state for the relationship with the Parliament and head of the Department for communication, image and the Romanians abroad from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
